"I’ve used Gojek a handful of times..."
I’ve used Gojek a handful of times, the payments usually go through without any major drama. The app is easy to use, but every now and then the charge sits there as “pending” a little longer than I’d like, which makes me stare at my phone like I’m waiting for breaking news.
I did have one cancelled ride where I needed a refund, and while the money did eventually come back, it took a few days to make its grand return. Support replied, just not exactly at lightning speed. Overall, it wasn’t a disaster, but it wasn’t a standing ovation moment either.

"Clear prices before you book"
I liked that the fare was shown upfront before booking. Compared to a lot of other services where the price can jump at the end, this felt much more straightforward with no surprises.

"i’ve used Gojek a few times now..."
i’ve used Gojek a few times now and it’s been chill. the drivers were calm, didn’t drive like they were in a rush, and the cars were clean enough. i also like being able to follow the route in the app because it makes the ride feel safer. the seats were comfy too, even when we got stuck in traffic. overall, it’s been a good option for my usual trips.

"Late again, and the order was wrong"
My order took way too long to arrive, and when it finally did, it wasn’t even right. How does this keep happening? I get that places get busy, but is it too much to expect the correct order after waiting that long?

"Mostly good, but I’m noticing some freezes"
The app is easy to use overall, and booking is straightforward when it works. I’ve started noticing a pattern though: every so often, especially while I’m in the middle of booking, it freezes and I have to back out or restart. Not a dealbreaker, but definitely a bit frustrating

"Super professional driver"
My driver showed up right on time, drove really safely, and was friendly the whole way. He even helped me with my bags, which I appreciated. The ride was smooth and easy with zero hassle

"Support replied quickly"
I had some sort of issue with my gojek order, so I messaged support. They got back to me quicker than I thought they would, and it felt like someone actually read my message instead of just sending a generic reply. It took a bit of back and forth, maybe a few messages, but it was sorted out later that day. Overall, happy with how they handled it...
